About Me
Sofia Kosmica
I am Sofia, a certified reiki practitioner and sound therapist.
Through reiki and sound healing and with an open, empathetic and intuitive approach, I help people to relax, rest and connect with themselves.
Most of my life was spent studying and working in science and engineering. For years, I measured the energy of materials and natural phenomena. According to science, energy never disappears, it just changes forms. The logical and scientific analysis of life has always been fascinating to me but at the same time, I knew that there are experiences that science cannot explain with its current laws. Energy can be felt within us and around us in ways that our logical brain cannot always comprehend.
These experiences and feelings need to be approached as an invitation for exploration. Welcome them with an open mind and don’t be surprised if the way you view the wold changes afterwards.
